I think August is one of my favorite months, it seems like we always do the most fun things in August. This August did not disappoint! At the beginning of August Sheldon's family went camping for a couple of days. Due to sick kids we did not spend the night, but we enjoyed spending time with them up at their campsite. Tucker had a lot of fun running around with Claytin and getting very dirty.
Sheldon carving our marshmallow roasting sticks. Marshmallows taste better roasted on a stick.
Tucker was a pro at roasting marshmallows and a big fan of eating them.
We visited Bridal Veil Falls with the Mills fam and Tucker of course loved throwing lots of rocks. His favorite are now throwing really big rocks. Big rocks = bigger splashes.
We took advantage of a free swim day at the Lindon Pool. It was super crowded, but Tucker got the hang of everything pretty quick and was having a blast going down the slide over and over again. It was the first time we had taken Halle to a pool and she was not a fan. Too noisy and the water was not warm enough for her.
This is my favorite picture of Tucker doing a little dance at the top of the slide.
We also went to a cool car show in Lindon. Tucker loved all the cars and would ask to get his picture taken next to the cars. I love when we take pictures of him he never looks at the camera, he looks anywhere but the camera.
We spent a couple Tuesdays at Thanksgiving Point enjoying their two buck Tuesdays. Tucker loved the dinosaur museum but was a little bit scared of the huge shark. He would only go close with Sheldon holding him.
Farm country was lots of fun until one of the horses tried to eat Tucker's shirt, after that he wasn't so sure about feeding and petting the animals.
We had the best berries grow in our backyard this summer. Blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries! The blackberries grew especially well, and I have never been a fan of blackberries, but when you pick them at the right time they are actually super sweet.
I'm already missing our summer days, hopefully we don't have an early winter!

I LOVE the picture of Tucker by the motorcycle! And who knew he was going to be a blondie blonde-blondes really are the best ya know! Those berries look yummy
Man alive, Tucker and Halle are getting SO big! And you're totally right, blackberries are only good when they're fresh and sweet. Yum.
